The giveaway includes the design and development of a standard business website, up to a maximum of five pages.The website design will not include e-commerce functionality, and no merchant machine or payment processing features will be provided.

‍Hosting and Domain:
Hosting services and domain registration are not included in the giveaway.The winner must arrange their own hosting and domain services for the website.

‍Website Content:
The winner is responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and branding materials, for the website. The website content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and it should not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

‍Timeline:
The website development will be initiated within 30 days of the winner's confirmation.The winner must respond to the winner notification within seven days to claim the prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

‍Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants grant permission to use their business name and related information for promotional purposes.

‍General Conditions:
The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.The promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway.The promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

The promoter and its agents are not responsible for any liabilities arising from the use of the website, including but not limited to any issues related to hosting, domain registration, or content.
